》Completely oversee warehouse operations as per company SOP / policy.
》We handle incoming raw and packing materials (Reels,{SF,FF,MTL,BB Coated,KL,Liner,Test Liner etc},Glue, Chashni,Lamination reel etc) in plant materials WHs and we handle Carton Working Processes items (Carrogated Rool,Printed Sheets, etc)
》Inspect items with reference to documents obtained in terms of quality and quantity.
》Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records at all times.
》Conduct inventory audits as per policy to review and evaluate performance and output.
》 According to the requisition issued by the production, the material is removed from the pellets, the material is counted and the material is handled according to the handling procedures.
》 Ensure proper handling of materials to avoid damages and losses.
》Ensure maximum use of warehouse space for storage of all materials and stacking of quality materials.
》We strive to ensure compliance and adherence to quality standards and the various guidelines issued from time to time.
》At the end of the month, or whenever needed, to count the physical stock of all the materials, and also to help match the stock condition that appears in the books of accounts and according to the physical stock count. Appropriate GMP and safety procedures are being followed for the movement and storage of raw materials and packing materials in WHs.
》Implementing the WHs management system.Monthly stock counts and variations Warehouse best practices include cycle counting, performing FIFO and LIFO systems and other responsibilities assigned by the manager.
